Nicollet Island has a wealth of historical architecture, including twenty-two Victorian-era houses, the Grove Street Flats - nineteenth-century row-houses, the Nicollet Island Inn - a converted lock factory, and the "Garage Building" - an architectural masterpiece you shouldn't miss! [This is a little disorganized at the moment, and for the time being will serve mainly as my "notebook" for keeping track of details like names and dates.
